CoverMe Traffic Light Covers were invented by Peter Hoban, a 25 year highways industry veteran, specifically to eliminate ladder use when bagging off traffic signals. Using a simple extendable pole, a single operative can install a CoverMe traffic light cover in just 30 seconds per light, entirely from ground level. Removal is even faster, thanks to a specially designed locking point that allows the pole to remove the cover in seconds. No ladders. No second operative. No working at height risk.
